These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the use of the Inscryble platform (hereinafter: "Service"), provided by Inscryble sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "Operator"), registered in Poland. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
Inscryble is a SaaS platform for managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar). The Service includes:
The Client registers on a self-service basis by creating an organisation account. The Client undertakes to:
The Operator reserves the right to verify data and deny or suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Upon registration, the Client receives a 14-day free trial. After expiry, access to full features is conditional on selecting and paying for a subscription plan.

The Operator endeavours to maintain Service availability of 99.5% per calendar month (for Business and Professional plans). In the event of downtime, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses or data loss arising from failures of third-party infrastructure (Stripe, Cloudflare, AWS).
Planned maintenance windows will be announced with at least 24 hours' notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, interface, policy templates and documentation, belong to the Operator or its licensors. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for their own business purposes.
The principles of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy. The Operator processes only the minimal metadata required to provide the Service β never the raw content typed by users (Zero Raw Data principle). The Operator is not liable for:
The Operator's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months.
The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by cancelling the subscription. The Operator may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms, in particular unlawful conduct.
Upon termination, Client data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted (except for data required by law).
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms with at least 14 days' notice, informing the Client by email. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. The parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. In the absence of agreement, the competent court shall be the court of the Operator's registered seat.
