These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the use of the Inscryble platform (hereinafter: "Service"), provided by Inscryble sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "Operator"), registered in Poland. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Operator — Inscryble sp. z o.o., provider of the Inscryble SaaS platform.
• Client / Organisation — an entity (company or individual conducting business) that has created an account and uses the Service.
• User — a natural person using the Service on behalf of the Client.
• Extension — the Chrome/Edge browser extension published by the Operator as part of the Service.
• Incident — an event recorded by the Extension when a User pasted content into an AI tool in accordance with the Client's active DLP policies.

2. Scope of the Service

Inscryble is a SaaS platform for managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar). The Service includes:

• A dashboard for managing policies and reviewing incidents.
• A browser extension that detects and records DLP events on the client side.
• A notification and reporting system for administrators.

3. Registration and Account

The Client registers on a self-service basis by creating an organisation account. The Client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date organisation details.
• Not share access credentials with unauthorised persons.
• Notify the Operator immediately of any unauthorised access to the account.

The Operator reserves the right to verify data and deny or suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4. Trial and Subscription

Upon registration, the Client receives a 14-day free trial. After expiry, access to full features is conditional on selecting and paying for a subscription plan.

• Fees are charged by the payment processor Stripe, in advance for each billing period.
• The Client may cancel the subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal — access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• The Operator reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Client Obligations

The Client is responsible for:

• Informing their own employees (Users) about the monitoring of activity in AI tools using the Extension — in accordance with GDPR requirements (Art. 13/14) and applicable labour law.
• Obtaining appropriate consents or legal bases for the processing of data arising from use of the Service.
• Configuring DLP policies in compliance with applicable law.
• Not transmitting to the Operator special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) in incident metadata.

6. Usage Restrictions

The Client is prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the Extension software.
• Using the Service in a manner that breaches applicable law or the rights of third parties.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the Operator's systems.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without the Operator's written consent.

7. Availability and SLA

The Operator endeavours to maintain Service availability of 99.5% per calendar month (for Business and Professional plans). In the event of downtime, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses or data loss arising from failures of third-party infrastructure (Stripe, Cloudflare, AWS).

Planned maintenance windows will be announced with at least 24 hours' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, interface, policy templates and documentation, belong to the Operator or its licensors. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for their own business purposes.

9. Data Protection

The principles of personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy. The Operator processes only the minimal metadata required to provide the Service — never the raw content typed by users (Zero Raw Data principle). 10. Liability

The Operator is not liable for:

• Decisions made by the Client based on data from the Service.
• Losses arising from incorrect policy configuration by the Client.
• Indirect damages, loss of profits or administrative penalties imposed by regulatory authorities.

The Operator's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by cancelling the subscription. The Operator may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms, in particular unlawful conduct.

Upon termination, Client data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted (except for data required by law).

12. Changes to the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms with at least 14 days' notice, informing the Client by email. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Polish law. The parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. In the absence of agreement, the competent court shall be the court of the Operator's registered seat.
